Customers must provide a physical street address for all deliveries. Deliveries can NOT be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Orders received by Noon Eastern Time, will be processed & shipped the same day.

Shipping prices are for ground services only, within the contiguous 48 states. 

Products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground Services only.

Orders over 100 lbs. are palletized and shipped via Motor Freight.

Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day services are available on some products. Additional charges may apply. Please call for a quote.

Standard ground shipping, allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Some products are drop shipped from the manufacturer, depending on shipping destination, allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Return Policy: Unopened containers may be returned for a credit or refund within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for return authorization. Returned items must be shipped prepaid, and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely NO credit will be issued for partial returns or opened containers of ANY liquid or granular products.

Damaged packaging due to misuse or handling will be assessed by The Pond Shop® for any issuance of refund or credit.
