How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your item for any reason within 90 days, return for full refund, minus shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY:  
• If you are not satisfied for any reason, send it back.  
• We will fully refund your purchase price on any item within 90 days, exclusive of shipping.  For products shipped with ‘Free Shipping’ the actual costs to Still Pond Farm from the shipping carrier will be deducted from the return.
• It is not necessary to give a reason for the return although this information is helpful to us to improve our products and fine tune our recommendations.
