FREE SHIPPING OFFER ON ALL BULK BARLEY BALES: The retail price listed on ALL the bulk barley bale packages INCLUDES shipping to your door in the Eastern Standard and Central Standard Time Zones. For deliveries to the Mountain Standard and Pacific Standard Time Zones add $10 per bale. Shopping cart will automatically add this shipping charge.
SHIPPING CHARGES: For retail orders less than $100.00, we charge actual live quoted rates through our integrated FedEx HOME software, with no add-ons, within the lower 48 US States.
ALASKA/HAWAII: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii at cost, call for a quote.
OUTSIDE THE US STATES: We do not ship outside the US States.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: You will get an auto email when your order ships and you can always track the status of your order by clicking the 'My Account' tab at the top right corner of the page.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE: We ship daily week days (every day there is a pickup). Orders placed up to 10 am will generally ship same day. Orders sent GROUND or HOME to the Mid Atlantic Area usually arrive overnight. Expect orders to the other end of the country (West Coast) to arrive within a week of shipping. We do not ship C.O.D.
SHIPPING ON AERATION SYSTEMS: Aeration systems drop ship directly from the factory in Florida, normally within a few days ordering and should arrive within a week of shipping. Since these drop ship, they are not track-able thru the 'My account' tab
SHIPPING ON FOUNTAINS: Fountains are custom assembled to order and normally take up to four weeks to ship, so plan early. These are drop shipped from Florida and so not trackable from 'My Account' tab.
SHIPPING PUMPS: Pumps drop ship from Washington State and so can be expected within a few days on the West Coast but will take approximately one week to the East Coast.
